This upscale bar has the feeling of a semi-luxury loft and apartment. It is often filled with young yuppie-types, both gay and straight, who plop themselves on the overstuffed couches and engage in lazy , casual conversation. Do not let them scare you off, Zubar is still one of the friendliest places in town. Be sure to also try out the food, which includes oysters, shrimp, chicken and sandwiches.
