Flame Steakhouse, Ft. Worth

Started since 1964, Flame continues to be the favorite destination for excellent steak among visitors and locals alike. Live country music enhances the casual and friendly atmosphere; the dance floor is large enough to accommodate many dancers. Steaks rule the menu, from the great rib eyes and sirloins to the bacon-wrapped filets. Of course, there are many other choices, including spicy teriyaki chicken, fork-tender fried catfish and sumptuous shrimp platters. All entrees come with a choice of salad and potatoes or rice. The bar also offers excellent choices in beer and wine.
