Overview

Cabo's menu is a blend of South and Central American, Yucatan and Southwestern flavors. This great spot was named and patterned after Baja California's resort town of the same name. Interior decorations consist of a chrome bar, neon lights and mounted sailfish. Favorite entrees include the mouthwatering grilled yellowfin tuna and the chicken enchiladas. The house specialty dessert, margarita pie, is smooth and creamy, with the tart taste you would expect. Meanwhile, the house special margaritas are famous for their potency.
