Midtown Art Center, Houston

The Midtown Art Center is a non-profit entity that aims to makes midtown the theatre district of Houston. The center has an art gallery that showcases works of rising local and national artists. The gallery features the Notorious Artist Guild with film festivals, photo exhibits and more on offer. The center also rents out studio space to artists at subsidized rates. The Repertory Theatre can also be rented for rehearsals, skits, parties and shows. The Art Center has several dance programs for kids as well as adults where students can learn anything from jazz, hip-hop to African dance.
