Remington Restaurant , Houston

Located just east of the popular Galleria shopping district in the St. Regis Hotel is the Remington Restaurant. Although the restaurant has had many owners and chefs, Tony Joseph, the current executive chef, is trying to re-establish the Remington Restaurant as a premier hotel restaurant. Patrons now rave about the service, atmosphere and cuisine. Only valet parking is allowed. The decor is upscale with mahogany walls and large, abstract oil paintings adorning the walls. The dining booths are large and comfortable. The atmosphere is casual; however, patrons are advised to dress appropriately.
