  My opted to stay at the san antonio location during a move. After the intial deposit, etc, was paid, every day there was a new fee, or deposit required. She was promised a refund after she checked out (about half of the $700+ dollars she paid to the hotel. Ever since she has checked out there has been a different story as to why she hasn't gottten her refund (it has now been three weeks), but the "check is in the mail". The hotel refuses, or amazingly doesn't have the corporate number for the hotel. We have forwarded several negative comments to other online sites.
