McAllister Auditorium at San Antonio College

This 1,000 seat auditorium, constructed in 1957 and nestled within the campus of San Antonio College, is shared by the Theatre & Communication and Music & Humanities Departments. Strong emphasis is laid on communication skills, and programs catering to aid in this field are specially crafted. Speech and Theatre scholarships are also awarded. College productions are primarily staged at this auditorium. Besides that, it has hosted numerous social events in the past and continues to serve the community in this manner. Some past shows include Charlotte's Web, Cat on A Hot Tin Roof, and El MacBeth.
