Overview

Texas Land and Cattle is a lesson in Texan. Jeans-clad food servers waltz across the dining room floor. Branding irons, horseshoes (oriented upwards, of course, so the luck does not run out), cowboy boots and chaps decorate the walls. And everything is big, including the booths, the longhorns and the food portions. After an 18-ounce Texas T-Bone, a 16-ounce Cattleman's Ribeye or a 9-ounce Trail Boss Filet, you will be talkin' Texan in no time. If red meat does not strike your fancy, try the spicy Mesquite-Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad or the TXLC Salmon Steak.
