This is a tiny restaurant haven nestled high within the mountains in theDeer Valley Resort area. The dark wooden decor and aromas from the wood-burning oven make this a romantic, cozy, and first-class place. Grilled Tuscan breads, pastas, salads, soups, and a great variety of appetizers grace the menu. The wood-oven-roasted garlic and sage studded pheasant is juicy and flavorful with its balsamic apple glaze; the leg of lamb is as tender and robust as you will find anywhere.
