Photos and memorabilia from the Sundance Film Festival and Park City’s early history fill the walls of this Sundance Resort-owned restaurant, which is set in a former Union Pacific railroad depot. Take a seat in one of the dark wood booths, with rustic antique chandeliers overhead, and order such starters as ceviche with homemade tortilla chips or warm jalapeno crab dip, while you do a little people watching, as this casual eatery always seems to attract an interesting crowd. At lunch, the Black Angus burger is a winner, as are all salads. For dinner, take solace in the comfort food specialties of the house, like white cheddar mac and cheese and Double R. Ranch baby-back pork ribs.
