Overview
Although somewhat unknown by even the locals, The Art Barn is one of Salt Lake's best places to find cultural stimulation. The beautiful, small building is secluded on Finch Lane, and is also the home of the Finch Gallery and the Salt Lake Arts Council. Poetry readings are a popular event here and take place frequently, including appearances by well-known poets like Donald Revell and Michael Palmer. At each event, a fine selection of cheese and wines are available for tasting.
