This has been named the best Chinese restaurant by Salt Lake City Magazine since 1997. The owner is also the chef and has a unique talent for creating sauces that range from fiery to almost ethereal. Its menu and decor are both enjoyable even if the tile floors and exposed brick walls tend to create a rather noisy environment. Following Chinese tradition, entrees are served family style. The menu sections include noodles, seafood, beef, pork, poultry, and vegetables. One special recommendation are the delicate spring rolls with the "orange" sauce.
