  to whom it may concern: my husband and I ( Claudette Benson) celebrated our 17th wedding anniversary on Saturday September 18th 2010. We booked this motel during the week expecting to have a joyous and romantic get away but it didn't turn out as we expected. We checked into our room and found our room didn't correspond with the brochure that was sent to us or the website that we had visited. we had to call to the front desk 2 times because the balcony door was old and out dated and it didn't close all the way nor did it lock, the water was barely coming out of the the faucet in the jacuzzi tub and it made a loud and banging noise and also our phone was on the blink, we had to wiggle the cord to talk to customer service at the desk. The bed was squeaking when you sat down on it and the room had a raw smell to it. I am very dissatisfied with the way we were being treated when we went to address the front desk. The lady who was suppose to be helping us acted like she really wasn't concerned about our welfare concerning the matter, so I would like to let you know that we will get to the bottom of this matter and we will not be booking any more stays at this particular hotel ever again I wouldn't treat my worse enemy the way we were treated . We paid good money at this hotel chain and we didn't deserve this kind of bad service. thank u very much. I hope no one else is treated as unkind as we were....   Read More
