Maybe they could hire your mother since she has experience. Sounds to me that you were looking for a freebie! Since someone knew the ins and outs of the business.

DON"T STAY IN THIS HOTEL!!! We stayed in the Hotel on 7/1/11 to 7/4/11; WHEN WE ARRIVED after being at Busch Gardens ALL DAY at between 9-10PM they didn't have our reservations correct. We booked 3 wks in advanced and paid in full for 2 rooms when we got there they had 1 booked and gave us another. My son and his wife got to bed after 1am due to difficulties with my grandson and my room; they had a HUGE BUG that my son put into a water bottle and it was still ALIVE 2 days later, but it bit my daughter in law, it didn't draw blood so we didn't go to the hospital, but reported it the next morning. WELL, because we didn't go to the hospital that was STRIKE ONE FOR US. In my grandson and my room, who by the way my grandson was out for the night that GOD!; when we went into the bathroom there was poop still on floor and it looked as if a child had played in it and had it ALL OVER THE WALL BY THE TUB AND TOILET. My son went downstairs and the night shift were VERY SORRY and CLEANED IT UP ASAP. THIS WAS STRIKE TWO FOR OUR BEGINNING OF OUR VACATION. Well when the MANAGER, GEORGIA came in we went to speak with her. She WAS NOT APOLOGETIC AND EVEN WENT AS FAR TO SAY HOW DID SHE KNOW IT WASN"T MY GRANDSON WHO DID IT!!!!!!!! Can U BELIEVE THAT!!!!!!!!!!!! Then my son went on to tell and show her the BUG from his room that was still ALIVE. She took the bug and TOLD MY SON IF HE WOULD JUST GET AWAY FROM HER DESK SHE WOULD COMP ONE ROOM AND GAVE 1/2 OFF THE OTHER ROOM. IT HAS TAKEN CLARION 1 MONTH AND 4 DAYS TO SAY THEY WOULD COMP 1 NITE IN 1 ROOM AT THE SAME HOTEL FOR OUR INCONVENIENCE. WE STAYED THAT OTHER NITE TO GIVE MY GRANDSON ANOTHER DAY WITH ELMO SINCE IT WAS HIS VACATION. BY THE WAY MY GRANDSON IS 3 and my son, daughter in law or myself NEVER leave him ALONE in the RESTROOM at HOME OR AWAY OR RESTURANTS!!!!!! The more I thought about the ANGRIER I GOT. SO TODAY 8/4/11 they told me to call CHOICE at 800-300-8800 and see if they could help me better, because for 1 I WOULD NEVER STAY AT THAT HOTEL AGAIN AND 2 I FEEL I DESERVE A COMPLETE REFUND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Well let me tell you that was a WASTE OF TIME ALSO, they are REFUNDING ME A CHECK FOR 1 NITE W/TAX IT CAME TO $87 and some change AND THE CHECK WILL BE SENT WITHIN 4-6 WEEKS!!!!!!!!!! I FEEL CHOICE AND CLARION NEED TO LOOK AT THEIR HOTELS, MANAGERS AND DAYTIME HOUSEKEEPERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I did Housekeeping at the MOST WELL KNOWN ESTABLISHMENT FOR 3 years at the RED FOX INN IN MIDDLEBURG, VA AND MY BOSS WOULD NEVER HAD LET THIS HAPPEN TO BEGIN WITH, BUT IF IT HAD THAT HOUSEKEEPER/DESK CLERK and MANAGER WOULD HAVE BEEN FIRED ON THE SPOT AND THE CUSTOMER WOULD HAVE BEEN REIMBURSED FOR HIS EMBARASSMENT AND THE COMPANY's EMBARASSMENT. ALSO, he DEFINITELY would not have let her had from the time of the complaint while researching it get paid for it and through 8/30/11. DON"T GO TO THESE ESTABLISHMENTS IN WILLIAMSBURG VA IT WOULD BE BETTER TO PAY MORE AND KNOW THAT YOU ARE STAYING IN A NICE CLEAN AND BETTER SUITED EMPLOYEES.... Read More
