We’re not sure why they threw an extra "E" on leaf. In any case, the Leafe is a good American bar—dark paneling, surprisingly excellent pub grub (or tavern fare, if you please) and an impressive beer list. The William & Mary crowd tends to dominate on the weekend, but on weekdays you might just catch your costumed interpreter from earlier in the day throwing back a few at the bar—in modern clothes, of course.
