Overview
Olympic National Park has several areas of interests, including Hurricane Ridge, located 17 miles south of Port Angeles on Hurricane Ridge Road; Lake Crescent, a 12-mile long glacially-carved lake; Rialto Beach, the Hoh Rain Forest, \"one of the finest remaining examples of temperate rainforest in the United States;\" and the Quinault Valley. Olympic National Park protects the largest unmanaged herd of Roosevelt elk in the world. Campgrounds and RV parks are available throughout Olympic National Park.
