Neighborhood: Pioneer Square

This gallery is small but it feels spacious. Located in the Pioneer Square gallery district, this gallery specializes in contemporary local sculptors, printmakers, painters and glass artists. The half-Japanese, half-Caucasian owner Bryan Ohno also likes to throw the occasional Japan-focused show. Recent highlights have included a rare exhibition of Hiroshige's woodcut series, "Fifty-three Stations of the Tokaido," and an equally unusual retrospective on the 20th-century sculptor Isamu Noguchi. The gallery also sells books on the featured art and related topics.
