Jeff Page and Ken Hughes have run this restaurant in a series of spaces since 1996. Throughout the changes, their gastronomic ethic has remained the same: simple top-quality steaks with minimal but adequate fixings. The Garlic Mashed Potatoes are good. The dinner salads and desserts are passable. But the filet mignon, porterhouse and other cuts cannot be beat for quality or price. Seafood and chicken entrees offer choices to the beef-shy. This is a smoke-free restaurant with a full bar.
