One of several parks along Lake Washington Boulevard, this is a popular retreat for city dwellers. It has waterfront and beach access. Lifeguards are on duty during the summer months for those willing to brave the chilly waters. Take a walk along the footpath to the pagoda monument, a gift to the city of Seattle from Kobe, Japan in 1911. There is also a playground, picnic tables and Baker's Beach Cafe to grab a bite.
