Overview
Built in 1902, the Pier 70 is a 140,000 sq. ft. pier in Seattle. After undergoing renovations, it now houses offices and retail tenants. There is also an upscale restaurant that serves seafood and grille. Any residential use of this place is prohibited. The unique location of the pier has prompted many film companies to shoot here. This is a business district for the businessmen but for the ordinary Seattle residents it still remains the best place to take a walk and enjoy a relaxed evening out.
